Shipping + Refund/Return policy
Custom Orders:
Custom ( 2 to 3 weeks)
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive a shipping confirmation/tracking number via email. Once there is a verified USPS tracking number + tracking activity clearly custom is no longer responsible for the delivery of your order, please contact your local USPS office.
Steps to order Custom Units

Made to Order:
Why does it take up to 2 weeks to get my order?
7 to 14 days ( before shipping)
Select items are ( Made to Order ) . Items are in high demand and are custom made.
Policy :
By visiting the Bstone Western site and making a purchase you agree to the shipping + refund policy. No refunds, all purchases are final. Please email info@bstonewestern.com with any order issues.
PROCESSING TIME:
We have a 1-7 day processing time on orders.
Please note that we ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends! Please keep this in mind with processing time.
CANCELLING ORDERS:
We inspect every piece (both new and vintage) before it is sent off.
If we send out a damaged item by mistake, the customer has 6 days from the day it was delivered to email us with pictures of the damaged item. If the item is proven to be damaged, we will send a return label and issue a refund when we receive the item.
